Now in its fifth year, this challenge has caused such a buzz online before that Instagram - yes actual Instagram - called me up to say how much they loved it, so you’re in for a treat!
To get the most from our time together there are a handful of things that you need to do before you get started:
1️⃣ STEP ONE:

2️⃣ STEP TWO:
Save the Date! We kick off on Monday 17th and run to Wednesday 19th October 2022! The training sessions will begin at 8pm UK time each day.

3️⃣ STEP THREE:
Join the Club House. This special Facebook group is where you’ll access all the magic I have been brewing up for you so do join now to make the most of this unforgettable experience.
