The New Era Defined
1-2-1 Private session with me so you’re clear on what intentions and milestones we will take through our 6 months together
The New Era begins
Our first in person mastermind day at The Grand Hotel in Birmingham on Weds 25th January with a welcome dinner the night before
The New Era opens
Each month you will have:
- A 1:1 private session with me
- A deep dive mastermind sharing circle on our monthly New Era theme (see below)
- A hot seat coaching session with our group, led by me: advice sharing and perspective shifting to tap into the magic of peer-to-peer support
- An (optional) WhatsApp group to stay in touch, cheer each other on and be there to support the mastermind collective in between time. There is always a helping hand, supportive ear and helpful voice right there for you
We will mastermind together in-person during the New Era:
- Meetups: Two gorgeous long lunches to kick back together and get to know each other socially in a relaxed setting. (Leeds and London)
- Retreat: Edinburgh in spring is always a good idea. We’ll gather for a three-night, midweek escape in April joined by a couple of special guests to enhance your New Era progress. This will include a celebration dinner at The World Famous Witchery restaurant
- On the Hill: We’ll gather at my house on the Hill in July for an in-person mastermind time and a summer party in the evening

About Lucy
You might expect me to detail here all my, and my clients, successes that have accumulated over the last ten years. Perhaps you’d even expect me to cite how much money I’ve made or the accolades and awards I’ve enjoyed along the way. This could even be a time for me to name drop the prestige brands I was responsible for growing in my previous career in global brand strategy. But nope - I’m going to buck the trend.
I won't start with a highlight reel because, well, life doesn't always follow the script. I've been to the bottom, not once but twice. The first time was during the 2008 recession when I lost my home.
More recently, my journey took a different turn. In 2021, after welcoming my daughter, I found myself grappling with postnatal depression and anxiety. This became part of my New Era — an era of reassessing, compassion, recovery, and rebuilding both myself and my business from the ground up.
Now, I'm in a season of blooming and flourishing, holding my face to the sun, even when it's cold outside. I want the same for you.
So, here’s what I really want you to know ‘about me’:
The Rule Book is Long Gone:
In this New Era, I tossed away the rule book. Instead, I became the author of what comes next. I faced myself at my worst and my best, navigating the challenging terrain of recovery, all while reconstructing the pieces of my life through the New Era framework.
Clarity and Confidence:
Through this journey, clarity and confidence have emerged like never before. I've come to understand that wealth, in monetary terms, is the least interesting thing about us. It's okay to desire financial prosperity while valuing the richness of our entire beings.
Courage and Authentic Ambition
Ambition can be a tricky thing. It's easy to admire others and be tempted to follow the crowd. But, what if we question the ambitions we've inherited or absorbed rather than chosen for ourselves?
Lions always bounce back
It takes courage, the heart of a lion, to confront what's not working and admit mistakes. Yet, in that vulnerability, lies the power to become unstoppable and we will always bounce back stronger, wiser, and ready for the next leap.
Grace as a Guiding Light.
In fact, a whole strategy.
Grace—extend it to yourself and all people freely and generously. Hand it out like candy.
