TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the Terms and Conditions relating to NEW ERA, please read them carefully. By proceeding with purchasing NEW ERA, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. NEW ERA is operated by Always Eleven Eleven Limited (“we” or “us”).

NEW ERA

You understand that by taking part, that the coaching or mentoring shared as part of the mastermind is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. If you require assistance of this type, please contact a professional, such as a doctor or a therapist. 

Results are not guaranteed. You understand you are entirely responsible for creating your own results whether that applies to your work or personal life. Results can depend on a variety of factors, including the marketplace, the time commitment, the nature of your work and your own hard work and dedication.

Equally, we cannot and will not make claims to any financial or other gains that come to you as a result of your participation. This will vary between all participants.

You agree to fulfil NEW ERA, and to participate in a process that could effect change in many areas in your life, including your health (mental, physical, emotional or spiritual). 

By entering into this mastermind, you are responsible for your own experience and your self-care following the sessions. Neither we nor our team is responsible whatsoever for any health issues (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) in connection with this mastermind.

 

Confidentiality

All information disclosed during the mastermind, including written notes, remains strictly confidential.

We will not share your personal information without your consent unless required by law. However, you understand that if you share information with other mastermind participants, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of this information.

While working together, please keep me informed as to any change in your contact details.

Fees

The mastermind has payment plans associated with it. A choice of one, three, six and eight payments are available on the sign up information page. If you join before 10th January 2024 you will qualify for a 20% discount on the mastermind fee.

 

Deliverables

Your participation in the NEW ERA mastermind each month includes:

• A 1:1 private session with me each month
• A deep dive mastermind sharing circle on our monthly New Era theme 
• A hot seat coaching session with our group: advice sharing and perspective shifting to tap into the magic of peer-to-peer support, guided by me
• An optional whatsapp group to stay in touch, cheer each other on and be on hand to support the mastermind collective in between time too. There is always a helping hand, supportive ear and helpful voice right there for you.

Also:

• In person mastermind day Thursday 25th January 2024. Your accommodation on the night of the 24th and your refreshments during mastermind time, as well as group dinner, is included. Travel and refreshments outside of the group are not included.
• One long lunch in London to kick back together and get to know each other socially in a relaxed setting.  
• The New Era retreat: 2 night stay in Edinburgh Tuesday 23rd to Thursday 25th April. The cost of your accommodation and group time refreshments are included. Travel and refreshments outside of the group time are not included.
• New Era on the Hill: We’ll gather at my house on the Hill in July for an in person mastermind time and a summer party in the evening to celebrate our New Era completion.

Payment

A no quibble, full refund is available to you when you notify us in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment for the mastermind.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be responsible for the full payment for the entire duration of the mastermind, regardless of whether you attend all the sessions. No refunds will be issued after 7 days of you joining. All sales are final.

Should any issues arise in relation to the payment, or you need to leave the mastermind, you agree to discuss this with us in advance. We can always agree a solution together and you will be treated with kindness and respect at all times.

Where you are paying via a payment plan, this is not a subscription model; this is simply a breakdown of payments for your convenience, and does not mean that the full sum is not due.

Where mastermind fees are not paid on time, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue sums at a rate of 5% above the Bank of England base rate, from time to time, accruing daily. 

Should you decide to stop the payment process before completing the program, you will forfeit the sessions and will be removed from all groups and access portals. However, we reserve the right to continue to seek payment from you.

This mastermind is sold to you as a business customer, which means that consumer rights do not apply. This means that there are no refunds after the 7 day signing up period.

 

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

As stated above, the mastermind and everything included in it cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded. All sales are final.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend the mastermind immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

 

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these Terms and Conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the mastermind.  These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where we do so, the updated terms will apply to you. Please check back regularly to ensure you are aware of the most current terms that apply to the mastermind.

If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising hereunder, are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
